Our trip to India was unforgettable in a very positive way. Looking back, our decision to book a tour with your company was the best decision we could have made from the point of convenience, comfort and education. We also felt that the cost of the tour was fair.
The tour guides were SUPERB. All did a great job and were most accommodating, knowledgeable and courteous. My favorites were our guides in Jaipur and Udaipur, but everyone was excellent. The drivers all did a wonderful job - they were on time, had excellent driving skills and were very courteous and helpful.
Hotels - Lalit hotels were top of the line. The Ramada in Jaipur was very satisfactory. Varanasi and Mumbai (Best Western) hotels felt like 3 star at best and they did not come close to matching the quality of the others we experienced. I recommend you not offer them in the future.
The train ride from Agra to Varanasi was an adventure. We were in a 2nd class coach with A/C but it was not a comfortable night. If there are no 1st class coaches available then perhaps this is not a good option to offer. Flights around India were good although the Agra - Delhi - Jaipur flight took almost a day and this felt like a wasted opportunity. We had a long 5 hour wait at Delhi airport, and then the flight was delayed another 90 minutes.
Hotel meals were on the expensive side so we looked for alternative restaurants and found some excellent ones in the guide book. You may want to offer your clients suggested restaurants for them to try on their travels.
Tour highlights were many. I think you need to include the Ghandi house and Nehru residence as part of the Delhi visit. In Mumbai we felt a little short changed as there was time to do more in the 2 days we visited. Include a stop at the Taj Hotel, the Victoria Terminus as the history and architecture would be interesting to most tourists.
Thanks again for your efforts at accommodating our needs during this wonderful visit to your country.

Dear Mr. Rajneesh,
first of all I would like to thank you for the beautiful present, it
was a total suprise and will allways remind us this incredible vacation
in India. Thank you.
Also we would like to thank you for organizing our tour - every moment we felt taken care of, safe and comfortable. Please do not pay too much attention to what I said about the guide in Delhi - it is simply one of the things that you can't control, and - there are so many good memories which will last and cannot be shadowed by anything. With confidence I can say that organization of the tour exeeded my expectations and any fear I possibly had previously was totally unnesessary. Please pass our gratitude to guide and driver from Orccha (for their assistance in train station) and to our driver mr. Narender for his exellent service.
India is a beautiful country with friendly people and there are so many places still for us to explore. So we definately hope to be back one day.
To you and your company we wish all the success. I'd be happy to recommend your service, so please don't hesitate to let me know, if needed.
With best regards,
Kristel and Anette

Hi Rajneesh
Thank you for the well wishes for the year and Happy New Year to all of you at TNS.
We had a lovely time at Kerala especially:
a. at the Taj the hospitality was great and food was delicious(but as you had informed there was really nothing much
to do at kochi).
b. the boathouse was an exciting experience but the workers didnot keep the place clean and food could have tasted
better.
c. The Leela Kovalam was just amazingly wonderful breathtaking view and fantastic service.
d. the first driver we had Renju was very proactive and thereby we managed to do and see alot more of each place.
An alert driver who drove defensively. We were very pleased with him and rewarded him well.
Just a few reservations:
a. the travelling vehicle that we used for the entire journey was old and a little shabby.
b. The hotel in thekady the elephant court was a bit of a let down. The rooms were rather musty and a little dirty.
c. The second driver that we had was uncooperative as he was unwilling to take us around trivindrum upon arrival in
kovalam. We were very disappointed by his lack of initiative and quite a reckless driver.
d. I just felt that even the staff on board the boathouse supposedly a luxury boat were average in service and
hospitality.
Overall I and my family would like to thank you for making sure that our entire stay in kerala was smooth and without any untoward surprises and we enjoyed ourselves.
Jessie.
